Sabrina Bonus - November 26, 2009
Sabrina Bonus is a thirteen year old grade 8 student who attends Coronation School and participates in a variety of school sports including cross country, volleyball, soccer, basketball and badminton. She has also been involved in swimming for 2 years and house league softball for 1 year.
In grades 4 and 5 she finished 2nd in the 50m race; she was 1st in the Frisbee throw in grade 5, and 3rd in the 200m race in grade 6. She earned a badge in four swim levels and received the Heart and Hustle award for softball in 2009.
In grade 6 she was 1st in the intermediate girls cross country, 4th in badminton and 2nd in soccer. In grade 7 she helped her team finish 2nd in volleyball and 2nd in basketball.
Sabrina volunteers at school for lunch days. She is a dedicated and hardworking student who maintains a 78% average and has been on the honor roll twice.
In the future she wants to become a veterinarian or teacher, remain involved in sports and one day receive a sports scholarship.
