Kris Krolouski - August 15, 2002
The Tournament Capital of Ontario "Athlete of the Week" is Kris Krolouski a 14 year-old graduate of Greenbrier School who participates in several different sports. Kris plays inline hockey for the Brantford Rolling Thunder and was selected to play for Team Ontario at the 2002 Global Inline Hockey Championships in Brampton recently. He was a member of the 13-and-under team who won a silver medal at the tournament while competing in the 14-and-under division.
Kris plays for the Brantford 99ers PeeWee AAA hockey team and helped them win the 2001 Wayne Gretzky International Tournament, by scoring the winning goal.
He received the 2002 Athlete of the Year award at Greenbrier School during his graduation ceremonies this past June, and excelled in several other sports at school including track & field, soccer, badminton and volleyball.
Kris enjoys golf, skateboarding and is looking forward to starting grade 9 at St. John's College in the fall.
