Emilie Vezsenyi - April 24, 2008
Emilie Vezsenyi is a fifteen-year-old grade 10 student from Holy Trinity School who has been actively involved in rep hockey for the past 8 years.
She played 3 years with Brantford teams, 4 years with Waterford teams and 1 year with the Simcoe Hurricane midget team. Emilie is involved in a hockey program at her School and played soccer for 2 years in Brantford.
Emilie received the 2005 Most Dedicated Goalie award for all age groups in the Waterford hockey programs.
She volunteers at the annual Pumpkin Fest event and helps coach younger goalies.
Emilie is a dedicated and hardworking student who maintains an average of 73% to 85%.
Emilie plans to continue her education at College where she hopes to pursue a career in fashion and cultural design. Her goal is to remain involved in hockey and hopefully achieve a hockey scholarship.
