Brock McEachern - January 24, 2008
Brock McEachern is a seventeen-year-old grade 12 student at Brantford Collegiate Institute who is actively involved in hockey, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, rugby and golf.
Brock has been playing hockey for 13 years, he played baseball for 5 years, soccer and lacrosse for 3 years, and rugby for 2 years. He plays AAA hockey and is a member of the BCI hockey team. He also participated on the BCI golf team this year and will be playing for his school’s rugby team.
Brock has received several individual awards including the Hustler Award in 1996/97 and 1999/2000; he won the Brantford Church Hockey MVP award in 2000; he was named the 2001/02 Athlete of the Year in elementary school, the 2003/04 Athlete of the Year in middle school and won the 3 rd annual Witteveen Invitational Golf Tournament.
Brock is a dedicated and hardworking student who has a 75% average this semester and plans to continue his education at college or university. His athletic goal is to play hockey at the highest level possible because he enjoys the game so much.
