Brandon Hertog - April 10, 2008
Brandon Hertog is a seventeen-year-old grade 12 student from Brantford Collegiate Institute who is actively involved in several sports; football, rugby, basketball and baseball.
Brandon has been participating in house league basketball for 9 years and rep. basketball for 4 years; house league baseball for 7 years and rep. baseball for 5 years; and in grade 10 he played rugby, football and basketball for BCI.
He was a member of the BCI teams that won the 2004 and 2007 BCSSAA Football Championships and the 2007 BCSSAA Rugby Championships.
Brandon has been an active volunteer for the Light a Smile program, he was involved in the Relay for Life and helped coach basketball in grade 10 for youth ages 7 and 8.
He is a hardworking student who maintains good marks and enjoys geography, physical education and construction / automotive technology courses.
Brandon is planning to continue his education at College, he hopes to remain involved in sports and is considering a career with the Police Foundation.
