The City Clerk's Office has a hard copy of the Assessment Rolls for the City of Brantford. The Assessment Rolls are public documents and the information is available to the public to view during our regular office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. The assessment rolls list all properties in Brantford, owner(s) and tenant(s) names, mailing addresses and the assessed value of each property and the school support for taxation purposes.
NEW as of May, 2008: ASSESSMENT KIOSK (touch screen computer search) located at City Hall, 100 Wellington Square in the Clerk's Office at the front counter. Very user friendly and provides the same information as contained in the Assessment Roll books.
